Contact by email has generated an overwhelming amount of time consuming sessions attempting to answer them. Many people just are curious. Many people are genuinely interested in having a trike built. A lot of time can be wasted answering the people just "fishing", so to be fair to those potential customers and free up time to answer the serious inquiries, email communication will no longer be used. Also to allow time to be dedicated to projects already in progress.
